I installed Norton Anti-Virus and every time my computer gets infected from an Internet Virus... it removes it no problem... but viruses just keep coming! The same ones too! and this one virus couldn't be deleted. So I had to remove it manually. But it won't let me.. apparently... according to Norton... this file in the System32/drivers folder called tcpip.sys is highly infected... but when I try and delete it it says. " You do not have permission to blah blah blah " and it says " Try Again " and it won't get deleted. And this problem started when I opened up Mozilla Firefox... and it said something about the proxy server being messed up. So I think my proxy server doesn't work or something. I switched it to Auto-Detect or No Proxy sometimes... but that's when viruses start getting to the computer. So the only way to use the internet is to turn of the proxy server... but when I do... viruses get through. So please please please help! It's my moms computer and she's gonna ground me for life if it gets wrecked AGAIN. She spent $125 to get it fixed last time. So please help! I'm trusting you! I would love more than 1 answer!!! Thank You! P.S How can I manually add another proxy server or something? You know what I mean right? Thanks...... Read More »
